Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at hey@eastandessex.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hey@eastandessex.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order. If you need assistance, contact us at hey@eastandessex.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
